How to make a complaint about the purchased product?


Complaints about purchased goods will be considered only when an appropriate form is attached to them, which must be printed and completed (download the form). Accurate filling in the form fields will facilitate and accelerate the consideration of the complaint.

Shipment of the advertised product

Before sending the goods, they should be thoroughly cleaned (cleaning necessary to make the complaint will be payable). Securely packaged product should be sent back with the above-mentioned completed form and proof of purchase (receipt / VAT invoice), to the following address: Ars Tattoo, Styrska 20, 04-188 Warsaw. In the event of a positive decision, we refund the shipping cost when it was the cheapest possible.


After receiving the goods, we start the complaint process. We have up to 14 days to make a decision and inform you. The time of repair or replacement depends on factors such as the terms and type of warranty, type of damage, defects.

What to do if the parcel is damaged upon receipt?
