Return and exchange
As a customer, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must not bear any signs of use and must not be in its original packaging. You do not have to give a reason, but we will be grateful if you do, we will be happy to find out why the product did not meet your expectations.
Both natural persons and business entities may withdraw from a distance contract.
How to withdraw from a distance contract?
Form
Returns of purchased goods will be considered only when an appropriate form is attached to them, which must be printed and completed (download the form). In the form, you can specify whether you would like to exchange the product for another or receive a refund to your account.
Product return
The product must be intact and in its original packaging. Securely packed goods should be sent back together with the above-mentioned completed form and proof of purchase (receipt / VAT invoice), to the following address: Ars Tattoo, Styrska 20, 04-188 Warsaw. In this case, all costs related to the return shipment are borne by the customer.
Exchange or refund
After receiving the returned goods, we start the exchange or refund process (in accordance with your decision). We have up to 14 days for this. We will inform you about our decision by phone or e-mail.
