J&J grip enables use of all standard cartridges, as well as full regulation of the needles portrusion through stage twisting of the tube.
Matches all modular needles (cartridges), with an exception of Stigma - Rotary needles.

The set contains three pushing wires with length of 83, 85 and 87 (mm.), in order to match each machine's configuration.
