REACH-free artistic inks are pigments that, due to changes in European regulations, do not meet the current requirements of the REACH regulation applicable to tattooing in the European Union. In accordance with the EU Commission Regulation of December 14, 2020, which came into force on January 4, 2022, some previously used tattoo inks can no longer be used for tattooing in EU countries.
