PayU Installments

PayU S.A. provides convenient, fast, and secure tools for processing payments for goods and services sold online. As an online payment intermediary, it ensures the efficient and secure transfer of funds between buyers and sellers using the PayU system and the PayU account service.

The system provided by PayU S.A. allows online shoppers to make payments for purchased goods through several channels: bank transfer, instant transfer (so-called PayByLink), payment card, and installments. This is made possible through cooperation with 25 banks, authorization centers, and payment service providers in Poland.

The entity providing the installment loan for purchases is one of PayU's lending partners: Alior Bank S.A., AS Inbank S.A. Oddział w Polsce, mBank S.A., Santander Consumer Bank S.A., Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A., or Smartney Sp. z o.o. The lender guarantees a 100% online application and a real-time credit decision, and ensures data security in accordance with industry standards. Transmitted information is encrypted and is not saved or shared with third parties. PayU acts as an intermediary between the borrower and the financial institution. The seller is not a party to the loan agreement.

PayU S.A., based in Poznań ("PayU"), collaborates with lenders and acts as an intermediary in concluding the aforementioned agreements.

PayU has been entered into the register of credit intermediaries for consumer credit, maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), under the number RPK006833.

How to use installments?

To use installments, simply add products totaling between PLN 300 and PLN 50,000 to your cart, select the PayU payment method, and choose the PayU Installments payment channel. After verifying that all information is entered correctly, click "Order and pay." Once the order is placed, the option to pay will appear; click "Pay" to open the PayU installment page. You will be able to choose from 12 to 50 installments.

Next, complete the PayU Installments application. Wait for the bank's or lending partner's decision and accept the agreement. You may also be asked to transfer PLN 1 to an account indicated by the bank to verify your identity or to log in to your bank account.

Installments are available only to persons who hold a valid Polish identity card and have a permanent income in Poland.
