Service and technical support

We run our own repair service for tattoo equipment. We provide diagnostics and paid repairs for tattoo machines, power supplies, batteries, and other devices used in a tattoo studio.

If your equipment is not working properly, please contact us before sending it in. In many cases, based on a description of the problem, photos, or a video, we can pre-determine the possible cause of the fault and suggest the next steps.

Manufacturer's warranty

If the device is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we recommend using the warranty procedure first.

Opening the device by our service center may require breaking seals and could result in the loss of the manufacturer's warranty.

If you still wish for us to perform the repair, please contact our service center in advance. In justified cases, we can perform such a repair after you provide consent for opening the device and accept the possibility of voiding the manufacturer's warranty.

Ars Tattoo Service

You can use our paid service primarily when:

  • the manufacturer's warranty has already expired,
  • the equipment was purchased outside of Ars Tattoo,
  • the damage is not covered by the warranty,
  • you need diagnostics or a paid repair of the device.

You do not need to have purchased the equipment at Ars Tattoo to use our service.

1. Contact us

The most convenient way to reach us is via WhatsApp. Briefly describe the problem and provide the device manufacturer and model. If possible, attach photos or a video showing the fault.

If you do not use WhatsApp, you can contact us via email.

2. We will make a preliminary assessment of the problem

Based on the information provided, we will try to determine the possible cause of the fault and inform you about the recommended next steps.

Do not send the device before contacting our service center.

3. Submit a service request

If the equipment requires diagnostics or repair, fill out the service request form found on this page.

The form allows us to collect the information needed for efficient device processing once it is received.

If you prefer, you can also send the completed request via email.

4. Send the equipment to our service center

After we have determined the next steps, secure the device properly and send it to the indicated address.

The cost of delivering the equipment to the service center is covered by the customer.

5. Diagnostics and valuation

Upon receiving the device, we will perform diagnostics and determine the scope of work required.

The cost of repair is determined individually. If the repair involves additional costs, we will present them for your approval before starting any work.

6. Repair

Once the terms are accepted, we perform the repair in our own service center.

The equipment is not sent to an external service center or the manufacturer.

7. Return of the device

After the repair is completed, we will notify you and arrange for the return of your equipment.

The device won't start

Possible causes include issues with the power supply, battery, electrical connection, or internal components of the device.

The device stops working or shuts down

If the problem occurs during operation, information about the power source used, voltage, and the situation in which the device shuts down will be helpful.

The device overheats

Increased temperature may be related to the method of operation, device settings, mechanical resistance, or component failure.

The battery drains quickly

Battery runtime depends on factors such as its age, number of charge cycles, usage patterns, and device load. A sudden decrease in runtime may indicate a problem that requires diagnostics.

The power supply unit won't start or is unstable

Before reporting, check the cables, the power socket, and—if possible—try operating the device with other compatible accessories.
