Did you choose the wrong product? Did you order the wrong variant? Is the product not meeting your expectations? Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the order without giving a reason.

You can use the return option, among other things, when:

• you ordered the wrong product,

• you chose the wrong variant or size,

• the product does not meet your expectations,

• you changed your mind about the purchase.

If the product is faulty, damaged, or does not match your order, please use the complaint procedure.

The right to withdraw from the contract is granted to Consumers.

Entrepreneurs making purchases directly related to their professional activity do not have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of your submission displayed on the page and sent to the provided email address.

In the confirmation you will find:

• the return number,

• a link to the InPost Quick Returns service,

• information necessary to process the return.

The product must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

The recommended and fastest method of returning the product is the InPost Quick Returns service, available via the link received after submitting the form.

The cost of the service is 12.99 PLN and is paid by the Customer when shipping the parcel.

The return number sent in the email confirming the receipt of the request must be included with the shipment.

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply, among others, to:

• hygienic and sterile products after opening or tampering with the seal,

• products which cannot be returned after opening due to health or hygiene reasons,

• other cases provided for by applicable law.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used when placing the order, unless the Customer agrees to a different solution.
