Dual processor charger for Li-ion batteries

A fully processor-controlled charger with a three-stage TC/CC/CV charging process is hidden in a small casing. It charges 3.6 / 3.7V Li-ion cells, for example, from Infinite 2 and Cheyenne Unlimited machines, or of any capacity in sizes 10440, 14500, 14650, 16340, 17500, 17670, 18350, 18500, 18650, 18700, 20700, 21700, 22650, 25500, 26650 and others.

TC/CC/CV charging method

What is the TC/CC/CV charging method? It is a three-stage charging process for Li-ion cells that ensures the cell remains in good condition by charging with the appropriate current at each stage and terminating the charging process at the right time.

The individual stages of the TC/CC/CV process are:

TC Phase: cells discharged below 2.9V are 'awakened' with a lower current.
CC Phase: after reaching 2.9V, the cell is charged with a constant current of 0.5A.
CV Phase: when the cell is almost fully charged, the charger switches to charging with a decreasing current until the voltage reaches 4.2V on the cell. After reaching 4.2V, the charging process is complete - the battery is fully charged.

Cell reactivation function

The charger has a function for reactivating deeply discharged cells and cells with 0V voltage. Many chargers on the market are unable to charge such batteries. This charger, in many cases, allows for the 'rescue' of such cells. Simply insert a deeply discharged battery into the charger, as with normal charging - the charger will detect the discharged cell and attempt to reactivate it. Please note! Cells discharged below a certain level are irreversibly damaged, and their reactivation may be impossible. Avoid over-discharging Li-ion batteries - this can lead to a significant reduction in their lifespan and capacity or render them completely inoperable.

A micro USB cable is included with the charger. A power adapter is not included. Any micro USB charger, e.g., from a phone, or a USB socket or a computer with a free USB port, is sufficient to power the charger. The recommended minimum charger power is 0.5A (500mA).
