Dual processor charger for Li-ion batteries

Professional processor charger with a three-stage TC/CC/CV charging process and an LCD display for full control over the charged batteries. It independently charges 1-2 3.6 / 3.7V Li-ion cells of any capacity in sizes 10440, 14500, 14650, 16340, 16500, 17500, 17670, 18350, 18500, 18650, 18700, 20700, 21700, 22650, 25500, 26650. You can use it to charge batteries for machines such as Cheyenne Unlimited, Zenith Infinite 2, Ambition, Gladius, InkJecta, among others.

The backlit LCD display of the charger continuously shows information about the charger's operating status: voltage of charged batteries, charging current, charge used to charge the cells, indicates any errors, and informs when charging is complete. The information about the used charge can be used to measure the capacity of the batteries. To measure the battery capacity, discharge it to the appropriate voltage cutoff level (most often 2.5V) and insert it into the charger. After charging is complete, the value of the charge used to charge the battery can be read from the display. This will always be a value 3-5% higher than the actual battery capacity. This is due to the fact that the battery charging process is never 100% efficient, i.e., a slightly larger charge is needed to charge the battery than results from the actual capacity of the cell.

TC/CC/CV charging method

What is the TC/CC/CV charging method? It is a three-stage charging process for Li-ion cells, ensuring the cell remains in good condition by charging with the appropriate current at each stage and ending the charging process at the right moment.

The individual stages of the TC/CC/CV process are:

TC phase: cells discharged below 2.9V are 'woken up' with a lower current.
CC phase: after reaching 2.9V, the cell is charged with a constant current of 0.5A.
CV phase: when the cell is almost fully charged, the charger switches to charging with a decreasing current until a voltage of 4.2V is reached on the cell. After reaching 4.2V, the charging process is complete - the battery is fully charged.

Cell reactivation function

The charger has a function for reactivating deeply discharged cells and cells with 0V voltage. Many chargers on the market are unable to charge such batteries. In many cases, this charger allows such cells to be 'saved'. Simply insert a deeply discharged battery into the charger, as with normal charging - the charger will detect the discharged cell and attempt to reactivate it. Please note! Cells discharged below a certain level suffer irreversible damage, and their reactivation may be impossible. Avoid excessive deep discharge of Li-ion batteries - this can significantly reduce their lifespan and capacity or lead to their complete malfunction.

A micro USB cable is included with the charger. A power adapter is not included in the set. Any charger with a micro USB cable, e.g., from a phone, or a USB socket, or a computer with a free USB port is sufficient to power the charger. The recommended minimum charger power is 0.5A (500mA).

We also understand that you have concerns about bureaucracy and hundreds of matters to deal with, but the initial effort can pay off.
